Role: Salesforce Project Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Duration: Long term Contract

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field (essential)
Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) (essential) Experience


Proven experience managing or supporting global projects within a matrix or multinational workplace
Experience in marketing technology or digital platform implementations incl. API integrations (e.g.,
CMS, CRM)
Strong track record of supporting change initiatives, preferably alongside a Change Manager or Transformation Lead
Familiarity with social media operations, platforms,



and performance metrics is advantageous Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Risk and issue management mindset, with the ability to anticipate blockers and drive resolution
Skilled in using project tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills across different time zones and cultures
Strong communication skills - able to convey complex information clearly in both verbal and written formats
