Role Description The Area Sales Manager role at Bonn Nutrients Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves managing sales operations within the assigned territory, developing and implementing sales plans, and achieving revenue and growth targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and guiding the field sales team, maintaining relationships with distributors and key retailers, and tracking market trends and competitor activities. The Area Sales Manager will monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and effective promotional activities. This position also requires visiting market locations, resolving customer issues, and supporting business expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in area or regional sales management, preferably in FMCG or consumer products.
Strong skills in relationship management, territory planning, and team supervision.
Ability to analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and use insights to improve results.
Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with diverse stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
Proven ability to work on-site in a field-intensive role, including regular market visits.
Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and other sales reporting systems.
Fluency in English and Hindi,
