About Amadora
Amadora is a premium artisanal ice cream brand founded in Chennai in 2011. Everything we make is produced from scratch at our central kitchen — no premixes, ever — across ice cream, baked goods, sauces, bars, cakes and sandwiches. We operate roughly 30 company-owned and franchise stores across Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad, and we're growing.
Petpooja is the backbone of that operation. Every sale, every recipe, every stock movement and every aggregator order runs through it. This role owns that backbone.
The Role
You'll be the single point of ownership for our Petpooja POS environment — keeping menus, pricing, recipes and stock data accurate across every store and every channel, and being the first person a store manager calls when something isn't working.
This is a hands-on systems role, not a desk job. It suits someone who is meticulous with data,



calm when a store is mid-rush with a billing issue, and genuinely interested in how a food business runs.
What You'll Do
POS administration & master data
Maintain item masters, menus, pricing, taxes, combos and discount schemes across all stores
Configure current stores end-to-end at launch — menus, printers, KOT routing, tax profiles, user roles and permissions
Roll out price revisions and new product launches accurately and on time, across every outlet and channel
Online & aggregator channels
Manage Swiggy and Zomato menu sync, item mapping, availability toggles and channel-specific pricing
Resolve mismatches, missing items and stuck orders; coordinate with aggregator support when needed
Support quick commerce and any new channel integrations as they go live
Inventory & recipe module
Maintain recipes/BOMs so that consumption maps correctly to production and sales
