Position: CRM Executive
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary Range: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update customer and lead information in the CRM system.
Contact new leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Follow up regularly with prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and customer status.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for timely customer support.
Follow up on quotations, enquiries, pending requirements, and sales opportunities.
Handle basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
Maintain a proper follow-up schedule and ensure no important lead is missed.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and pending cases.
Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer retention.




Achieve assigned monthly CRM and customer engagement targets.
Candidate Requirements
1–2 years of experience in CRM, Customer Relationship Management, Inside Sales, Telesales, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, or Google Sheets.
Comfortable communicating with customers over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Target-oriented with a robust sense of responsibility.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
