Femina Flaunt Studio Salon + Novaru App

We are looking for an energetic, organised and sales-oriented Front Desk & Sales Executive to handle the salon front desk, operations, customer experience and commercial activities across our Femina Flaunt Studio Salon and Novaru, our salon POS and management platform. This is a hybrid role combining sales and business development activities.
Location: Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru
Salary: Rs 25,000 + Incentives

Key Responsibilities
Femina Flaunt Studio Salon
Manage calls, WhatsApp enquiries, walk-ins and appointments.
Coordinate client schedules and technician allocation.
Handle billing, payments and daily cash/UPI/card reconciliation.
Maximise sales, build rapport with clients and ensure high retention.
Maintain accurate client records and service history.
Manage staff attendance, shifts, weekly offs and basic roster coordination.
Record and track daily expenses, petty cash and vendor payments.
Support inventory management, including stock inward/outward, consumption, physical stock checks, and reorder coordination,



under the supervision of the salon manager.
Maintain overall front-desk discipline and ensure smooth daily salon operations.
For all these activities, we use our in-house app, Novaru. The candidate needs to master the use of the app for daily operations and conduct demos and training once they master its daily use.
Novaru – Salon Software
Identify and contact salons that could benefit from Novaru.
Handle outbound calls, WhatsApp outreach and incoming enquiries.
Understand salon owners' operational challenges and introduce relevant Novaru features.
Schedule and conduct basic product demonstrations.
Follow up systematically with prospects until closure.
Maintain the sales pipeline and lead status.
Assist recent salons with onboarding, basic setup and product familiarisation.
Collect user feedback and communicate recurring requirements or issues to the product team.
