Social Media Specialist
Department: Marketing | Location: Bangalore, India | Experience: 1–3 years

Key Responsibilitites:
Support the development and execution of social media and marketing plans aligned with business and brand goals.
Contribute to creative strategy, campaign ideas, content concepts, social media franchises, and brand initiatives.
Conduct market, competitor, audience, and social media research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
Develop and manage content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Develop content ideas, hooks, captions, scripts, creative briefs, and platform-specific communication.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, creators, freelancers, and agencies to execute content and campaigns.
Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and go-to-market activities.
Support brand building and ensure consistent positioning and communication across Benki Brewing Tools, Total Coffee, SCAI, Benki, and any new brands.
Collaborate with sales, product, e-commerce,



and design teams to support integrated marketing efforts.
Support influencer, creator, PR, and brand partnership initiatives.
Plan and support content around events, trade shows, workshops, and promotional activities.
Monitor social media and campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide insights and recommendations.
Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, consumer behaviour, and relevant industry developments.
Manage day-to-day coordination with external freelancers, creators, vendors, and agencies.
Maintain brand consistency and voice across social media and other marketing touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related role.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, content formats, trends, and audience
