Swish is building a new-age food delivery and operations brand focused on speed, execution, customer experience, and scale. As we expand across kitchens, cities, and customers, we are looking for a strong Brand Manager who can bring our brand to life through campaigns, launches, collaborations, and experiences that drive awareness and growth.

Our brand team is small, the mandate is large, and most things don't happen on their own. If you’re the person who already has the timeline open before the meeting ends, this might be for you.

What you’ll do

Own and execute the full brand calendar across campaigns, launches, activations, collaborations, and seasonal moments.
Manage creative agencies, media agencies, PR partners, production houses, and other external partners end-to-end.
Coordinate with Growth, Product, Design, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly.
Own campaign timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and follow-ups from briefing to launch.
Track and manage budgets, vendor costs, negotiations, and campaign spends.




Build systems and processes including trackers, timelines, SOPs, review mechanisms, and campaign workflows.
Monitor campaign performance, identify gaps, and drive post-campaign reviews and learnings.
Handle changing priorities and tight deadlines while keeping execution on track.

What we’re looking for

4+ years of experience in brand, marketing, integrated agency, or marketing operations roles.
Strong project management and execution skills — you naturally think in timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
Experience working with and managing creative, media, PR, production, or other external agencies.
Comfortable with numbers, including budget tracking, campaign performance, vendor negotiations, and spends.
Strong cross-functional experience working with Product, Design, Growth, Operations, or similar teams.
Experience managing campaigns across multiple cities, vendors, channels, or workstreams.
