-Business Development Associate – Sales & Marketing

Job Description (JD)

-Company: Innovationz Indian Corporation
- ? Industry: Automotive Accessories & Auto Parts
- ? Location: Lucknow – Onsite
- ? Experience: 2–3 Years
- ? Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000/month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (6 Days a week)
- Handle enquiries from IndiaMART, Instagram, WhatsApp, Amazon, and other online platforms.
- Generate, follow up, and convert B2B & B2C leads into sales.
-Develop and maintain dealer, distributor, and customer relationships.
-Plan and execute sales promotions, schemes, and marketing campaigns.
-Assist in developing sales strategies and business growth plans.
-Track sales, leads, conversions, and marketplace performance.




-Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.

Job Specification (JS)

-Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
-2–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
-Experience in automotive accessories/auto parts preferred.
-Hands-on knowledge of IndiaMART, Amazon Seller Central, and social media.
-Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and sales conversion skills.
-Positive knowledge of B2B & B2C sales.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
