Developing T&C; layout & processes, assembly sequences, BOM, and product process interface studies.
Hands on experience in Digital phase.
Performing 8 PR checks, ensuring all processes meet standards and requirements.
Implementing ergonomic principles in design and layout.
Calculating DST and managing direct materials.
Leading diversity management initiatives within the team.
Generating Poka Yoke proposals and designing tools, jigs, and fixtures.
Managing digital lot and proposing cost-saving measures such as C/M proposals.




Converging Ki for productive processes and creating physical mockups.
Developing FOP (Operation sheet) and estimating project costs.

Experience: 3-7 Years
Education: BE or Master in Mechanical or Relevant
