What will you own
Project Delivery & Model Authoring
Develop high-precision 3D/4D/5D models for civil and landscape infrastructure projects, capable of supporting installation in the field.
Interpret design drawings and US regional codes to create accurate and buildable models.
Produce dimensioned layout drawings (plan and profile) from BIM models.
Ensure models are aligned with other trades and maintain continuity and completeness.
Quality & Coordination
Perform quality checks on models to validate completeness, accuracy, and adherence to design intent.




Capture as-built information and compare it with BIM models to verify alignment and quality.
Conduct clash detection and coordinate between building systems using tools like Navisworks.
Suggest solutions to conflicts or design issues based on constructability insights.
Client & Team Interaction
Collaborate with onsite project teams to communicate updates, progress, and challenges.
Participate actively in coordination meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
Foster a collaborative and accountable setting within the team.
Process & Innovation
Work within Autodesk Construction Cloud and leverage Revit parametric families effectively.
Explore automation opportunities using Dynamo or other plugins to improve workflows.
Document workflows, best practices, and lessons learned to contribute to organizational knowledge.
