Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced UKG Ready Consultant with hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting UKG Ready solutions for French or European clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management processes, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support UKG Ready modules including Core HR, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Leave Management, and Payroll.
Gather and analyze business requirements from French and European clients.
Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
Configure UKG Ready based on client-specific business processes and compliance requirements.
Support data migration, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and training materials.
Conduct UAT sessions and provide end-user training.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide post-go-live support.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, payroll, and HR stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with European labor regulations and workforce management practices.
Required Skills
4+ years of experience in UKG Ready implementation and support.
Solid expertise in Core HR, Time & Attendance, Leave Management, and Workforce Management.
Experience working with French or European clients/projects.
Knowledge of European HR and workforce regulations.
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting multi-country European implementations.
French language proficiency (Read, Write, and Speak) is highly preferred.
UKG certifications are an added advantage.
Experience with integrations and data migration projects.
