About the Role
We are looking for a KYC Verification Trainee to support our KYC & Client Onboarding team. The role involves verifying client information and documents, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate and timely completion of the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
Verify KYC documents and client information submitted during account opening.
Identify missing, incorrect or mismatched information and coordinate for resolution.




Perform basic KYC verification and validation checks as per defined processes.
Update verification status, remarks and client records in internal systems.
Track pending cases and ensure completion within defined TATs.
Coordinate with internal teams for exception and rejected cases.
Assist with KYC updates, re-verification and audit-related activities.

What We're Looking For
Any Graduate.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
