Role Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Python + React JS Developer with 4–7 years of professional experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, hands-on coding expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy Python & React based applications and APIs.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.




Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js.
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, DevOps) to deliver robust solutions.
Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues in existing applications.
Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and integrate third-party services.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Contribute to automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
· Integrate GenAI capabilities with different applications using LLMs, embeddings, and RAG architectures
Optimize model performance, latency, and cost for production use
Fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific tasks such as financial document summarization, chatbot assistants, and predictive analytics.
