About Merakicare
MerakiCare provides clinical care in people's homes — planned health services under Kavach and ongoing care management under Sahaara. Physiotherapy is one of our most-requested services. You will carry your own caseload of home-visit clients, assess and treat independently, and work as part of a care team of doctors, nurses and care managers who share each client.

What you'll do
Assess each client at home — mobility, strength, balance, pain, fall risk, and what the home itself allows — and build a treatment plan around the client's own goals.
Deliver sessions across orthopaedic, neurological, geriatric and post-surgical rehabilitation, adapting technique to what can safely be done in a home setting.
Work to the treating doctor's inputs, and report progress back to the doctor and care team at regular intervals.
Teach a home exercise programme the client and family can actually follow between visits, and check they are following it.
Document every assessment, plan and session in the client's care record.
Flag deterioration,



red flags or unsafe home conditions early rather than working around them quietly.
Contribute occasionally to team training and to our clinician-reviewed blog.

What we're looking for
Essential
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT); MPT preferred.
Registration with a State Council / IAP membership.
2–5 years of clinical practice with independent treatment responsibility.
Confident manual therapy and exercise prescription without clinic equipment.
Able to counsel clients and families in Telugu, Hindi or English..
Desirable
Geriatric experience — falls prevention, post-fracture rehab, Parkinson's, stroke, deconditioning.
Prior home-care or ICU/step-down experience.
Certification in dry needling, manual therapy or cardiopulmonary physio.
