Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with robust understanding of SAP SuccessFactors integrations and good knowledge of SAP CPI.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand business and functional requirements related to SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
Work closely with business and functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements.
Translate functional requirements into integration specifications.
Coordinate with SAP CPI technical teams for integration design and implementation.
Understand SuccessFactors modules, APIs, integration flows, and data mapping.
Support testing, issue resolution, and integration validation.
Required Skills:
5–8 years of SAP experience.
Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors.
Good knowledge of SAP CPI (Cloud Integration).
Experience in SuccessFactors integration requirements and functional analysis.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
