Role Description This is a full-time, in office Technical Sales Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Technical Sales Executive will identify and engage potential customers across industrial, petrochemical, commercial and, promoting Weather Fighter’s protective coating solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site visits, understanding client requirements, preparing technical proposals and quotations,



and delivering product demonstrations and presentations. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing deals and coordinating with operations teams for project execution. The Technical Sales Executive will also maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, gather feedback, and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
Strong technical understanding of protective coatings, paint systems, or related construction/industrial products, with the ability to explain features and benefits to clients.
Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing, preferably in B2B or industrial markets.
Customer relationship management skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships, handling client queries, and delivering professional support on
