Role Description The Regional Sales In Charge (Bengaluru) is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving sales growth and market development for RenewSys solar PV products within the assigned region. This role involves managing and expanding the regional customer base,



identifying current business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, EPCs, and end customers. The Regional Sales In Charge will plan and execute sales strategies, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely order closure and revenue realization. They will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to support pre- and post-sales activities. The role also includes conducting product presentations, trainings, and regional promotional activities to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
