Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role supports the sales function by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and assisting in the preparation of proposals and quotations for turnkey engineering projects.



The Assistant Sales Manager will coordinate with technical and project teams to understand client requirements, align solutions with customer needs, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and ongoing projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales documentation, tracking performance metrics, participating in client meetings and site visits, and contributing to sales forecasts and reporting. The role also involves supporting marketing initiatives, gathering market intelligence, and helping improve the overall sales process.
Qualifications
Strong skills in sales support, client relationship management, and account coordination.
Ability to understand technical concepts related to machinery, engineering drawings, and turnkey project workflows.
Competence in business communication, presentation, and negotiation, both in-person and in writing.
