Role Description The Shift Manager – Cafe is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for overseeing daily cafe operations during assigned shifts. This role includes supervising cafe staff, coordinating shift schedules, managing inventory and stock levels, and ensuring that food and beverage preparation meets Beanly’s standards. The Shift Manager will handle customer escalations, support the team in delivering fast and friendly service, and monitor sales performance and store cleanliness.



Additional responsibilities include implementing promotional activities, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety protocols, training new team members, and providing regular feedback to improve service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences and resolving concerns effectively.
Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with customers, guiding team members, and coordinating with management.
Hands-on experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including preparation, presentation, and safety standards.
Sales skills to drive upselling, manage promotions, and support achievement of daily and weekly revenue targets.
Prior experience in cafe, restaurant, or retail supervision or leadership roles.
Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
