Position: Customer Marketing Manager - East

Role Purpose
Drive the development and execution of customer marketing initiatives across the East region to achieve sales volume, market share, and distribution objectives while enhancing brand visibility and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Monitor and manage field marketing budgets to ensure effective utilization and optimize return on investment.
✅ Develop and implement merchandising strategies across the region in collaboration with Marketing Managers for the entire product and brand portfolio.
✅ Identify, develop, and manage vendor partnerships for signage, merchandising equipment, POSM, branding assets, and promotional materials.




✅ Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to drive the effectiveness of consumer promotions, establish performance benchmarks, and evaluate campaign impact.
✅ Manage relationships with agencies, key accounts, and event partners to execute consumer and trade activation programs aligned with brand standards.
✅ Coordinate local market research initiatives in partnership with the Promotions team to gather consumer insights and market intelligence.
✅ Foster strong cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring seamless execution of regional initiatives.
✅ Participate in regional management discussions and contribute to strategic decision-making.
✅ Lead data management and reporting related to activations, PR assets, merchandising initiatives, and promotional activities, ensuring timely sharing with Sales Teams, Sales Head, Regional Marketing Manager (RMM), and Regional Head (RH).
