As we continue to expand across Delhi, we're looking for a highly organised, proactive and execution-focused Academy Growth & Community Manager to help drive enrollments, strengthen our community and ensure the seamless day-to-day operations of our coaching centres.

Your Mission
Your primary responsibility will be to drive enrollments, foster a thriving community and ensure the smooth operation of all VAMOSSNDIA coaching centres.



You'll work closely with the founders and play a key role in scaling the business while delivering an exceptional experience for every student and member.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Management
Manage all incoming enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, the website, referrals and events.
Respond promptly to prospective students and parents.
Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable coaching programmes.
Schedule and coordinate trial sessions.
Follow up consistently to maximise conversions.
Maintain an organised lead tracker and CRM.
Monitor enquiry-to-enrollment conversion rates and identify opportunities to improve the admissions process.
Build strong relationships with students and parents to enhance retention and long-term engagement.
2. Community Building
Help build one of Delhi's most vibrant pickleball communities.
Plan and coordinate beginner socials, round robins, tournaments and community events.
