Role Description The Call Center Representative role at PawsnCollars is a full-time, on-site position based in HSR layout Bengaluru. In this role, the representative will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, respond to inquiries about products, services and orders, and provide support for appointments. The role involves accurately recording customer interactions in the system, updating appointment details, and coordinating with internal teams to promptly.



The representative will also follow call scripts and guidelines, maintain service quality standards, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention through clear, empathetic communication.
Qualifications
Customer service and support skills, including experience as a Customer Service Representative and handling Customer Support interactions.
Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction through timely, solution-focused responses.
Strong Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build rapport with diverse customers.
Solid Computer Literacy, including comfort with call center software, CRM systems, and basic office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
Ability to work in office in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
