Job Description
The Role:
Working for the largest charter brokerage as a Trainee Sales Broker you will be responsible for organising and arranging group charters. Day to day duties will include but are not limited to:
Researching and identifying clients to identify current business opportunities
Proactively targeting a list of potential clients through outbound sales calls, emails, visit etc
Follow up quickly and efficiently on any enquiries – converting any potential clients into ACS clients
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business




Manage charter bookings from initial enquiry to completion
The Training:
We want to ensure you become the best salesperson possible and therefore have a detailed 13-month training programme for all of our employees to follow before they go live and start actively selling
During this time it will be spent training as a Trainee Broker and learning the ropes within our Flight Services department. You will be assigned an experienced mentor who you will work closely with whilst you start the selling process. Supporting your mentor in any required capacity and starting to build your own list of potential clients
Qualifications
The Individual:
When it comes to training ACS have you covered but there are a number of things needed from you to be successful in this role. We are looking for someone who:
Is customer focused, ambitious and driven
Resilient with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Fluent in both English and Hind
