Roles and Responsibilities

You will be a member of our brilliant engineering team, contributing to the design of new cutting-edge products. To be successful in this position, you should have hands-on experience using CAD software, with strong attention to detail and a creative flair. Its also important that you have rock-solid project management skills to meet the daily demands of the role.

Scanning of parts, Post processing of STL file.
Generation of Complex Surfaces, Sketches from STL file (post processing).
Develop the part or product geometry in a CAD model & Generate 2D manufacturing Drawings from the actual part or product.
Disassembly of product, Observe and assess the mechanisms that make the product work.
Dissect and study the inner workings of a product.
Compare the actual product to your observations and suggest improvements.
Compare Resultant CAD geometry with scanned data & generate comparison report.
Work on PDM/PLM systems associated with engineering release processes and systems.




Ensure execution of tasks in strict compliance with operating procedures and delivery of defect free output on-time.
Ensure effective and timely communication with customers and other stakeholders.
Flexible to acquire new competencies as required to execute projects.
Ensure smooth and productive outsourcing of the work to vendors / partner engineers.
Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma ,B.E. Mechanical (Mech,Aero,Auto,Tool & die)
0 to 3 years of Industrial experience in Design Department.
Hands on experience in complex surface modelling.
Expertise on 3D CAD package, Geomagic Design X
Experience in scanning and reverse engineering.
Experience in handling Specialise reverse Engineering softwares like Poly Works Modeller & Geo magic Design X.
Experience in design of Casting/Forged/machined/Plastic parts will be added advantage.
Experience in handling conventional measuring instruments will be added advantage
