Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Estimation Engineer with strong experience in RCC, finishing, and MEP estimation for residential real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, rate analysis, and coordination with design, contracts, procurement, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for RCC, civil, finishing, and MEP works.
Prepare project-wise cost estimates and budgets based on drawings and specifications.
Carry out RCC estimation including concrete, reinforcement steel, shuttering/formwork, etc.
Prepare finishing estimates for plaster, flooring, painting, waterproofing, doors/windows, tiling, and other finishing works.
Handle MEP estimation including electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, ELV, and related services.
Perform rate analysis for civil, finishing, and MEP items.
Review drawings, specifications, and consultant BOQs for discrepancies and variations.




Prepare and evaluate BOQs, comparative statements, and tender documents.
Coordinate with Architect, MEP Consultants, Contracts, Procurement, and Execution teams.
Track quantity and cost variations during project execution.
Verify contractor/subcontractor quantities and assist in certification wherever required.
Maintain estimation records, rate databases, and cost reports.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing & MEP estimation.
Positive understanding of residential construction methods and specifications.
Proficiency in Excel and estimation-related software.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and rate analysis.
Good coordination and communication skills.
