Role Description The D365 Finance and Operations Finance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing D365 Finance and Operations modules, with a focus on financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, budgeting, and cash and bank management. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing business requirements,



translating them into D365 F&O; solutions, performing system testing, supporting month-end and year-end financial activities, and troubleshooting functional issues. The specialist collaborates with finance stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure accurate financial data, compliance with policies, and smooth integration with other systems. The role also involves preparing documentation, providing user training, and contributing to continuous improvement of financial workflows and reporting.
Qualifications
Strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, especially core finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, budgeting, cash and bank).
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and corporate finance processes, preferably with experience supporting finance teams.
Skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and document
