Samaarambh works with Corporate CSR partners, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), government institutions and local stakeholders to design and implement projects based on identified community needs.
Our approach combines on-ground implementation with structured project planning, stakeholder coordination, monitoring, documentation and impact reporting.
Role Description
We are looking for a CSR Business Development & Proposal Associate to join our team in New Delhi.
This is a hybrid role combining CSR business development, corporate outreach and proposal/RFP support.
The associate will be responsible for researching potential CSR partners,



identifying relevant decision-makers and opportunities, initiating professional conversations with Corporates, PSUs and Foundations, conducting follow-ups and helping generate qualified meetings for CSR partnerships.
The role also involves backend support for converting opportunities into projects, including CSR research, proposal and concept-note development, PowerPoint presentations, RFP/EOI applications, documentation and prospect tracking.
This is not a telecalling-only role. We are looking for someone who can communicate confidently with prospective partners while also being comfortable working on presentations, proposals, research and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential Corporate CSR, PSU, Foundation and institutional partners.
Identify relevant CSR, ESG, Sustainability, Foundation and Corporate Affairs decision-makers.
Initiate professional outreach through calls
