Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Drive restaurant acquisition across the assigned region.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market penetration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, QSRs, cloud kitchens, cafés, and enterprise partners.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

Team Management

Lead, coach, and mentor Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
Monitor team productivity and ensure achievement of regional KPIs.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve sales effectiveness.

Revenue Growth

Drive restaurant activation and increase partner productivity.
Improve GMV, order volume, and regional revenue.
Implement promotional, pricing, and commission initiatives to maximize growth.

Key Account Management

Manage strategic and high-value restaurant partners.
Resolve partner escalations in coordination with Operations and Customer Success teams.
Ensure high partner satisfaction and long-term retention.

Sales Operations





Monitor the regional sales pipeline and conversion metrics.
Ensure CRM hygiene and accurate sales reporting.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.
Ensure adherence to sales processes and company policies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Support teams.
Support current city launches and regional expansion initiatives.
Drive local marketing campaigns to increase restaurant and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM preferred.
