Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Sales Officer responsible for driving revenue through B2C sales closures and B2B business development.
Salary range:

Location: Pune
Type: Work From Office
Experience: 3-5 Strictly in sales

Key Responsibilities:
Handle hot and warm inbound leads and convert them into paying customers.
Conduct sales calls, understand customer needs, present solutions,



and close deals.
Manage follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct B2B outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Qualify inbound and outbound prospects and move them through the sales cycle.
Handle objections, negotiate commercials, and ensure successful closures.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, B2C sales, or business development.
Solid communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
Comfortable working with both B2C customers and B2B decision-makers.
Target-driven, proactive, and strong in follow-up.
Ed-tech experience preffered.

Primary Focus: Sales closure, revenue generation, and converting qualified leads into customers.
