About the Role
PCARDS Business Network Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a agile, motivated, and results-driven Field
Sales Executive to join our growing team in Nagpur.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, technical sales, product sales, or field sales,
with a strong ability to generate new business, develop customer relationships, understand client
requirements, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-ups, quotations,




negotiations, and order closures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely customer
support.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, quotations, and sales
activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business
opportunities.
• Contribute actively to customer acquisition, market expansion, and overall business growth.
We Are Looking For
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Experience in B2B, technical, product, or solution-based sales will be preferred.
• Graduate/Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related
field. Technical qualifications will be an added advantage.
