About the Role
We're building an AI-powered creator–brand marketing platform — and we're looking for a sharp, proactive intern to work directly with our founders.
This isn't a background role. You'll blend influencer sourcing, campaign strategy, content support, and operational excellence to help shape early processes, run high-impact experiments, and make sure campaigns get the best creators — rapid and accurately.
What You'll Do
Creator Sourcing & Research
Deeply understand each campaign — product, offer, audience, platform, and creator angle
Identify the right creator types for each campaign's goals
Manually source relevant influencers for pilot and high-touch campaigns
Use AI-generated queries for scaled searches and refine results manually
Build reference creator clusters and similarity-based inspiration lists
Maintain structured sheets, notes, and tagging systems with documented reasoning
Social Media Content, Shoots & Edits
Support planning and coordination of social media content shoots
Assist with video and photo editing for campaign and brand content




Help manage BrandRep.io's own social presence across platforms
Draft captions, content calendars, and post copy aligned with brand voice
Stay ahead of platform trends and content formats
Outreach Support
Support manual Instagram DM and email outreach for select campaigns
Maintain professional, crisp, and persuasive communication with creators
Identify and pitch partnership opportunities to creators and agencies
Workflow & Process Improvements
Support experiments to improve creator discovery, filtering, and matching
Work with founders and the product team to refine the outreach platform
Identify gaps, propose improvements, and take initiative without waiting to be asked
Help build systems and processes as we scale
