Ativeera Strategic Advisors (OPC) Private Limited is a boutique business and finance advisory firm that helps MSMEs and growing businesses build stronger financial, strategic and operational foundations for growth.
We work with business owners and management teams across CFO advisory, financial planning, MIS and dashboards, business strategy, performance management, cash-flow management, compliance and business transformation.
The firm is led by a Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of CFO experience across MSME manufacturing businesses in the Delhi NCR industrial belt.
About the Role
The founder has the experience, the client problems and the point of view. What the firm needs is someone to turn all of that into published, consistent, well-crafted content.
You will sit close to the founder and convert raw material — recorded conversations, client situations, notes, half-formed ideas — into finished posts, scripts, articles and campaigns across the Ativeera and founder handles.




This is a role for someone early in their career who wants to learn how businesses actually work — cash flow, margins, systems, scale — while building a genuine content portfolio in a specialised, high-credibility niche.
What You Will Do
Turn Founder Input into Published Content
• Convert recorded discussions, notes and client situations into LinkedIn posts, articles and scripts.
• Capture and hold the founder’s voice — direct, practical, no fluff.
• Write for both the Ativeera page and the founder’s personal handle, in distinct tones.
• Take drafts through review and revision until approved for publishing.
Own the Publishing Engine
• Maintain and run the monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram.
• Ensure content ships on schedule — chase inputs, flag gaps early, keep the pipeline full.
• Repurpose one core idea into multiple formats: post, carousel, reel script, newsletter item.
• Coordinate with the video editor and design resources so nothing waits
