About the Role

As a Client Solutions Consultant at FTS, you will guide prospective clients through the first step of their health and fitness journey. You will understand their goals, challenges, and expectations, recommend suitable programmes, and help them make informed decisions about working with us.

This is a consultative sales role that combines thoughtful conversations, relationship building, and strong commercial execution. You will manage incoming enquiries, conduct detailed consultations, follow up consistently,



and convert qualified prospects into enrolled clients.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Conduct personalised consultations to understand each client’s fitness goals, lifestyle, health concerns, previous experiences, and expectations.
Recommend appropriate FTS programmes based on individual requirements and clearly explain the value of our coaching approach.
Address questions and objections with empathy, confidence, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Build trust with prospective clients and guide them through the enrolment process.
Maintain timely, structured follow-ups to ensure solid engagement and conversion.
Manage your sales pipeline effectively and keep all client interactions, lead updates, and follow-up actions documented in the CRM.
Consistently achieve weekly and monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
