About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of professional video editing experience and a strong understanding of creating engaging content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and branding purposes.

Key Responsibilities
Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Create engaging reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and ad creatives.
Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, sound effects, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative outputs.
Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and social media content formats.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects,



CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, transitions, and audio editing.
Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
Creative mindset with solid attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
Experience with color correction and color grading.
Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
Understanding of current social media trends and viral content formats.
