Role Description This is a full-time, in office Relationship Manager role based in Delhi, India. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong customer relationships across retail, MSME, and mortgage segments, acting as a key point of contact for banking needs. Responsibilities include understanding customer financial goals, advising on suitable products, managing account portfolios,



and ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. The role involves generating new business through outreach and referrals, cross-selling bank products, and achieving assigned sales and portfolio quality targets. The Relationship Manager will collaborate closely with branch and operations teams, ensure adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines, and prepare regular reports on customer engagement and performance.
Qualifications
Proven ability to manage customer relationships, understand financial needs, and provide appropriate banking solutions.
Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and achieving revenue and portfolio targets.
Sound knowledge of retail banking products and services; exposure to MSME, agriculture, or mortgage lending is an advantage.
