Role Description

We are looking for a Site Engineer for a full time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in gaining practical experience across site execution, industrial projects, plant infrastructure, installation, maintenance coordination, construction supervision, and engineering operations.

The Site Engineer will work closely with project,



maintenance, civil, mechanical, electrical, production, procurement, contractors, vendors, and other plant teams to ensure site activities are executed safely, efficiently, and according to required specifications and timelines.

Qualifications

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in site engineering, project execution, construction, installation, maintenance, industrial projects, or manufacturing operations can apply.
Candidates from manufacturing, construction, EPC, infrastructure, food processing, FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical, engineering, agro-processing, power, or other industrial sectors are welcome.
