Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager to develop recent business opportunities, build strong relationships with industrial customers and drive sales of STPL3D's 3D printing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new B2B sales leads.
Identify potential customers in Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Healthcare, Engineering and Manufacturing sectors.
Meet customers and understand their technical and commercial requirements.
Present suitable 3D printing machines, technologies and applications.
Prepare quotations, proposals and techno-commercial offers.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and follow-ups.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers and existing customers.
Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline in CRM.
Coordinate with technical, application and marketing teams for customer requirements.
Monitor competitors, market trends and new business opportunities.
Submit regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports and performance updates.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, customer visits and industry events.
Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in B2B industrial/technical sales or business development.
Experience in 3D Printing, Additive Manufacturing, CNC, Machine Tools, Industrial Automation, Capital Equipment or Manufacturin
