Role Description The Tele Sales Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Mahesana. The Tele Sales Executive will respond to inbound inquiries, make outbound calls to prospective guests, and explain Nimba’s healthcare programs, services, and packages in a clear, empathetic manner.



Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing accurate information, addressing objections, and guiding interested individuals through the booking and registration process. The role involves maintaining call logs, updating CRM or lead management systems, and coordinating with the admissions, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth guest experience. The Tele Sales Executive is expected to meet defined sales and conversion targets while upholding Nimba’s values of professionalism, respect, and patient-centered care.
Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently and empathetically over the phone and in person.
Sales and customer service abilities, including experience in telecalling, lead conversion, relationship building, and handling objections.
Basic computer proficiency, with familiarity in CRM or lead management tool
