About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Manager to help us grow our business and build robust client relationships. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, opening conversations, understanding client needs, and converting them into long-term partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone who has 2-5 years of sales experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by building something meaningful.

What You'll Do
Identify, prospect, and develop current business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend relevant solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle,



from lead generation and outreach to negotiation and closure.
Work closely with internal teams to develop effective proposals and solutions.
Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates on opportunities and performance.
Stay informed about market trends, client needs, and competitive activity.

What We're Looking For
2-5 years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships and engage confidently with clients.
