Role Description The Field Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves visiting customers, understanding technical requirements, and presenting suitable electronic assembly and project solutions. The Field Sales Engineer will manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, technical discussions, proposal preparation, and negotiation. The role also includes maintaining robust relationships with existing accounts,



coordinating with engineering and production teams, and providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Regular reporting on sales activities, market feedback, and competitor insights is expected.
