Marketing‑Sales Manager (5 Positions)
Responsible for dealer management, marketing promotion and sales target delivery in assigned territories across India. Build and maintain the local sales system and drive brand growth in regional markets.
Job Responsibilities
Independently liaise with, visit and manage multi‑level dealers in assigned territories; maintain sound partnership and brand image.
Plan and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns including rural promotions, dealer events, exhibitions and digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging and sales pitch.
Gather market insights from farmers and dealers to optimize promotion strategies, improve customer conversion and generate quality leads.
Establish and sustain a complete regional sales system covering dealer network, sales processes and performance management.
Track and analyse campaign performance for continuous improvement; report regional marketing plans, strategies and budgets to management.
Act as regional sales lead with full accountability for sales target achievement and market‑share growth within assigned territory.




Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Agriculture or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the agricultural machinery industry with proven track‑record of hitting sales targets.
Excellent channel management, negotiation and cross‑team coordination capabilities.
Fluent English (reading, writing, listening & speaking) for independent communication with dealers at all levels.
Strong project‑management, multi‑tasking and decision‑making skills; data‑driven mindset with valuable adaptability to local Indian market.
Willing to travel extensively across India for dealer visits, market research and event execution.
Preferred Qualifications
Established dealer network and industry connections within India’s agricultural machinery sector.
Proficiency in local Indian languages (Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, etc.).
Sound knowledge of Indian agricultur
