Type: Full time track, entry via structured evaluation period
Locations: Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Dubai
Reports to: Founder (as an Account Executive). The Sales Development Representative phase is mentored, not managed.
Hours: 8–10 hours per day, with overlap into Gulf Cooperation Council hours
Languages: Fluent English, written and spoken. Hindi is useful.

— Vidya — artificial intelligence learning and careers platform. Live and growing.
— Vikaas — go-to-market intelligence and sourcing platform. Early stage, moving fast.
— Axon — organizational memory system for founders. Currently being built.

You will represent all five products. This is unusual, and it is the point — you will learn five buyers,



five objection sets and five markets in the time most people learn one.

What You Will Actually Do

Sales Development Representative Phase — Months 1–2
— Build target account lists in Vikaas; qualify ideal customer profile fit before contacting a prospect
— Run outbound outreach across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and calls — tiered access to what you know about a prospect, not a blanket approach
— Research accounts using our in-house tools: organizational mapping, buyer decoding, power mapping. You will arrive at a first call knowing more about their organization than they expect
— Qualify inbound leads and hand them off with a complete brief, not simply a name and a number
— Book and prepare discovery calls. Sit in on senior calls and own the notes
— Log all activity. Pipeline hygiene is not optional here — Axon relies on it

Account Executive Phase — Month 3 Onward
— Run discovery end to end: diagnose the clie
