We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our ServiceNow platform. This role involves ensuring smooth IT service management (ITSM) and CMDB, support HR, SOC & production-related workflows,



and integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems to enhance operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration
Manage day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform
Perform upgrades, patches, and system maintenance
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

Configuration & Customization
Configure ServiceNow modules (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge).
Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and reports.
Create customized dashboards for Senior Management, Plants, Groups, End-users and manufacturing-specific KPIs (e.g., Executive Dashboard for all plants, downtime tracking, capacity planning, maintenance requests, etc.,).

Integration
Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate ServiceNow with Active Directory, Success Factors, Attendance systems, SOC Applications, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
