About the Cradlewise Design Team

Cradlewise Design is a close-knit team of User-Experience Designers, Visual Designers and Video editors from all over India. We create experiences to help every family sleep and live better, through science-driven solutions, and it's the role of the team to humanize and create every touchpoint with empathy and support.

Cradlewise solved sleep for babies. Now we're going after what comes next: a brand-current software product in the kids category, starting from a blank page. We're hiring a Product Designer to own the design from zero to one: the research,



the flows, the visual language, the first shipped version. You'll sit in on parent interviews happening right now, sketch the same week, and watch your work decide what we build. You'll also shape the Cradlewise app and web portal that thousands of families already use daily.

Design a 0-to-1 product in the kids category: from discovery and user research through flows, prototypes, and the first release.

Create a visual language that works for two audiences at once: kids and their parents.

Design and improve the Cradlewise app and web portal, including our subscriptions experience, funnels, and retention experiments.

Speed matters more than polish at this stage.

Contribute to our design system for consistency across products.

Work directly with founders, product, tech, content, and marketing to take designs live.

3–5 years of experience in product/UI/UX design.
