We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Inbound Sales who will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, understanding client requirements, nurturing prospects, and converting qualified leads into business opportunities. The candidate will manage the complete sales cycle from initial enquiry and requirement discussion to proposal, negotiation, closure, and post-sales coordination.

Handle inbound leads received through website, social media, WhatsApp, email, phone calls, referrals, and other marketing channels.

Qualify leads based on business potential, requirement, budget, and decision-making authority.

Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand requirements in detail.

Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an updated sales pipeline.

Coordinate with the creative, production, operations, and finance teams to develop suitable proposals.

Negotiate with clients and close deals within approved commercial guidelines.

Maintain accurate lead and prospect records in CRM/Excel.

Track the complete sales cycle from enquiry to closure.





Coordinate with the operations team for smooth handover after deal closure.

Maintain regular communication with clients until event/project execution.

Generate repeat business and referrals from existing clients.

Achieve assigned monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide pipeline updates to management.

Monitor lost leads and identify reasons for non-conversion to improve future sales performance.

1–3 years of experience in inbound sales, B2B/B2C sales, business development, or event sales .

~ Strong client handling and relationship-building skills.

~ Comfortable working with CRM systems, Excel, WhatsApp, email, and other sales tools.

~ Experience in the event management industry will be an added advantage.
