This is a full-time, in office Occupational Therapist role based in Pune at Tasmmay Child Development School and Day Care.

The Occupational Therapist will assess children’s developmental, sensory, motor, functional, and self-care skills and design individualized therapy plans to support their participation in daily routines, school activities, learning, and play.





Key responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions , documenting progress, updating intervention plans, and collaborating with educators, caregivers, psychologists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, and other professionals.

The role will also involve guiding families on home-based activities, adapting materials and environments to support participation, contributing to classroom strategies, and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.

Conduct pediatric occupational therapy assessments.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.

Provide one-on-one and small-group occupational therapy sessions.

Work with children with developmental delays, Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and other developmental needs.

Monitor developmental progress and maintain accurate therapy documentation.

Guide parents and caregivers regarding home-based activities and strategies.
