About the Role We're looking for an energetic and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Mumbai. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to build a strong foundation in B2B industrial sales, working directly with distributors, partners,



and manufacturing customers across India's industrial hubs.

Handle inbound business inquiries (calls, emails, web leads) and qualify them into sales opportunities

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Kubo Chemicals products and solutions

Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups in the CRM

Support outreach and follow-up for marketing campaigns and trade inquiries

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Chemistry, Business, or Engineering background preferred but not mandatory)

~0–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles (freshers are encouraged to apply)

~ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi or Gujarati is a plus

~ Comfortable making outbound calls and following up persistently and professionally

~ Good with MS Office/Excel; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
