Business Development Executive – US Market Location: Experience: 2–5 Years

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive/Manager with 2–5 years of proven experience in the US Staffing and Recruitment industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of selling recruitment/staffing services to US clients, developing current business relationships, and generating revenue through direct client acquisition.

Identify and develop new business opportunities with US-based companies, staffing firms, MSPs, and direct clients.

Conduct market research to identify target companies and potential business opportunities.

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other business development channels.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets.
