Domestic Marketing Network ( DMN )now called as a power hub of incubating businesses of L&T; is actively playing a role of a catalyst in shaping its employees and businesses operating through its 20 office locations. Bringing together its customer, it has played a vital role in connecting and networking with government authorities, body associates and corporates which has helped L&T; grow its businesses for more than 2 decades now. So, a silent performer if we may call ourselves.

DMN is more aligned to its business need and is very flexible in its approach. In line with its mission statement DMN continues to re-shape, re-design and re-align itself with the changing time to suit the business requirements. Accordingly, the Management has suggested following changes with immediate effect:

Area Manager

The role involves spearheading corporate relations, business development, and growth strategies for L&T; across traditional and emerging businesses. The incumbent will be responsible for building strong stakeholder relationships,



enhancing corporate image, leading current-age business verticals, and driving employee engagement and competency development initiatives in alignment with the organization’s values and culture.

Drive business development initiatives to support growth across L&T;’s business verticals.

Responsible for generating business for L&T; Construction Equipment Limited, Modification, Revamp and Upgrade of Heavy Engineering, Special Steel & Heavy Forging.

Provide leadership to emerging businesses including Edutech, Sufin, Green Energy, Semiconductor, and Data Centers.

Evaluate and assess business performance, formulating strategies for expansion and sustainable growth.

Lead employee engagement programs to enhance performance, retention, and workplace safety while attracting top talent.

Design and implement training and competency-building initiatives to prepare the workforce for future requirements.
