Ignitic Ideas is looking for a creative Motion Graphic Designer who is equally comfortable with motion graphics and graphic design .

The ideal candidate should be able to take a brief and independently create both animated/video content and high-quality static creatives for brands, campaigns and social media.

Create AI-generated videos, AI-based visual content and seamless transition videos

Understand beat synchronization and edit videos in sync with music/audio

Create engaging motion graphics, animations, reels and short-form videos

Design static social media creatives, carousels, banners and campaign creatives

Create creatives for different digital platforms and formats

Maintain brand consistency across all designs

Collaborate with creative, content and digital marketing teams





Manage multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines

2–4 years of experience in motion graphics and graphic design

~ Robust command of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator

~ Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals

~ Ability to create both static and motion-based creatives independently

~ Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both graphic design and motion work

~ Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines

3D animation/design skills

~ Blender or Cinema 4D

~ Video editing experience

~ Experience working with brands and social media campaigns

Work with a growing creative team and create campaigns, content, and brand experiences for a diverse range of clients across industries.
